Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Refund can be issued for the following reasons:

Items are not as described.

Items are faulty.

Items are not spelt correctly.

Items are not produced in the time-frame promised.

We cannot issue refunds for items that do not fit or incorrect size ordered or no longer wanted as once the item has been printed or embroidered we are unable to return to our supplier. Please ensure you order the correct size and if in doubt call us for size charts or pop in to the shop to try items on if we have spare samples available.

Most times out of goodwill we may be able to re-print an additional item in alternative size for a discounted price. Please contact us for details.
